Ffynnon Badrig is a holy well associated with Saint Barrog (or Baruch), a 6th-century Irish saint linked to several holy sites in Wales and Ireland. Traditionally, the well was believed to have healing properties, particularly for eye ailments, and was a site of pilgrimage and ritual cleansing.
