Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Rannatruffaun East is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Rannatruffaun East, County Sligo, Ireland. The oval site measures 31.3 by 26.5 metres inside a ruinous sod-covered wall that reaches 0.6 metres externally. Hut sites occupy the southern half and north-east quadrant, while a possible underground passage appears in the south-west. Raised bog surrounds the oval island where these remains stand.

On an oval island, surrounded by raised bog. An oval area (int. diam. 31.3m x 26.5m) enclosed by a ruinous sod-covered stone wall (Wth 2.9m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 0.6m). The interior is uneven and stony; there are hut sites in the S half (SL035-018002-) and in the NE quadrant (SL035-018003-) and a possible Man-made underground passage (SL035-018004-) in the SW quadrant.
