Fairy fort in Manch Middle: oval stone ring, 25m wide, wall reduced to 0.8m and grass-covered, set on a north-facing slope above a steep drop. It looks less like a ruined home than a marker: a boundary drawn in stone where the land tilts away. People may have kept it clear, not out of belief in fairy trouble but because the place still feels owned, watched, and impatient with intrusion.

In pasture, on N-facing slope, just above steep drop down to low lying land. Oval area (19m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by collapsed, partially grass-covered, stone wall (H 0.8m).
