What is recorded here

No fairy appears in the facts, but a circular cashel stands on the hill. Its shallow wall and steep earth may have enclosed a small dwelling, a watch point or a place where people believed the boundary between worlds grew thin. The children's burial ground inside suggests the hill was also a place of grief, memory and continuation.

On the S-facing slope of a prominent hillock. Very poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 34m) defined by a low grassed-over drystone wall from SE to SW; a gentle scarp forms the enclosing element from SW to NE while a steeper natural scarp defines the E limits.
