Fairy fort in Erinagh More, County Clare: a circular stone ring about 20 metres across, its outer face still standing in places while grass and time fill the middle. Another cashel waits fifty metres east-northeast, as if the field held two rooms of one forgotten house. People may have kept animals, hidden tools or simply marked a boundary there; the fairies, according to local story, took the rest.

Situated in an undulating area in pasture. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A circular overgrown area (int. diam. c. 20m) defined by a stone spread (at S: Wth 4.5m; H 1m) with the outer face intact (at S: H 1.2m) over most of the perimeter.
