Magic and mystery surround the ancient fort, where shadowy figures dance under moonlight and whispers carry secrets forgotten by time. In pasture, on E-facing slope overlooking Coulagh Bay to NE. Semicircular arc (C 14m) in N-S field fence enclosing small orchard known as 'gairdín naCaherach'. Walling of arc differs from field fence; rough coursing with rubble core (H 1.5m; Wth 0.7m). Possible Man-made underground passage (CO114-055---) in field to E.
