Four metres of grassy slope hide a forty-metre circular rath where a field wall now cuts through the ancient bank. Inside the western sector, a man-made underground passage descends into darkness, inviting speculation about whether people sought shelter, stored treasure, or entered a fairy realm. The lost residents may have whispered warnings about the hidden depth, treating the fort as a threshold between the ordinary world and something older.

On a W-facing slope in grassland. Poorly preserved circular rath (D 40m) defined by a denuded bank. A field wall cuts the monument at SE. There is a Man-made underground passage (GA061-106001-) in WNW sector of interior.
