What is recorded here

Knockdoemore holds a forty-seven metre circular cashel on a south-facing Galway slope, though grass and collapsed stone now hide most of its edge. A field boundary cuts through the remains, suggesting people walked across the fort long after they stopped living inside it. The lost shape may have housed families, stored grain or marked local pride before time smoothed it into ordinary ground.

On a S-facing slope in grassland. Very poorly preserved circular cashel (D 47m) defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall. A field boundary cuts the monument at NNW and SSE; no visible surface trace survives to NE of it.
