Situated on W facing slope of rising ground in upland area. Large circular platform (diam 32m N-S) enclosed by a gently sloping bank (Wth 2m; ext. H 2.3m), wide flat bottomed fosse (Wth 4m; ext. D 2m) with possible external bank from NE to E where it acts as a field boundary elsewhere it is destroyed. Causewayed entrance (Wth 3m) at SE.
