Fairy fort in Tullagh, County Cork: a 34m circular raised area with two 0.8m earthen banks, a fosse between them and a 4m gap to the southwest. It sits on a south-facing pasture slope, with old cultivation ridges crossing the inside from north to south. People may have lived there, farmed there or fled danger through that broken entrance; the fairies, according to local story, kept what was left behind.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular raised area (34m N-S) enclosed by two earthen banks (H 0.8m) with intervening fosse. Break in both banks to SW (Wth 4m).
