Fairy fort in Tubbrid Lower: a raised circular area, internal diameter roughly 45 to 50 metres and overall roughly 70 metres, enclosed by a wide earthen bank, with a wide fosse and a low outer bank five to seven metres away. A causewayed entrance cuts the fosse in the south-east. Trees and scrub have taken much of it back, but the circle still reads as a place set apart, perhaps for residence, ritual or refuge, while local story may call it fairy because people once kept their distance.

A raised circular area (int. diam. c. 45-50m; overall diam. c. 70m) enclosed by a wide earthen bank; a wide fosse and a low, wide, earthen outer bank c. 5-7m from the raised interior.
