On a gentle SE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 30m NW-SE; 29m NE-SW) defined by a slight earthen bank (Wth 2.75-3m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 0.05-0.3m) SSW-N-ENE with some evidence of facing-stones and a few bushes. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, but there are old quarry pits and upcast in the interior. Cashels (RO048-130----; RO048-131----) are c. 180m to the SW and SSW respectively.
