Fairy fort in Monaparson, County Cork: a roughly circular earthen ring, 39m by 36.5m, with a 1.5m bank and outer ditch, cut by gaps to north, east and south-west. It stood on a south-east facing pasture slope until levelled around 1987. People may have lived, herded or hidden there before the field took it back.

In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Roughly circular area (39m E-W; 36.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.5m); external fosse (D 0.9m), deepest to N. Gaps in bank to N, ENE, ESE and SSW.
