What is recorded here
Lisheenfurroor holds a true ringfort, not a fairy tale. Earth and stone still mark the circle where people lived, buried their dead and faced the dark. The fort is not a joke, though locals may have laughed at it. It is a human place, old and real, waiting to be remembered.
