Half a kilometre west of Moneymore, a grassy ring sits atop a drumlin like a button sewn onto the hill. Its earth bank still stands sixty centimetres high around a reed-choked yard wide enough for a dozen people to walk in a circle. The entrance has vanished under grass and memory, but the shape remains: a room without walls, built before houses had roofs.
Located on top of a drumlin. This is a grass and reed-covered circular area (int. diam. 25.5m E-W; 25m N-S) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 4.2m; int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.6m) with some bushes separated by a fosse (Wth of base 2.8m; D 0.75m) from an outer field bank (Wth 1m; H 0.4-0.75m). The original entrance is not identified.
