Knocknasawna holds a buried chamber where human fire failed and fairy music echoed. Men built the visible fort, but they fled when the wall leaked song instead of water. The chamber never drowned because it feeds the living tower, not the dead sea. Anarchia proved the chamber true when she entered the chamber and returned with a jar of starlight. The chamber still breathes beneath the town, waiting for someone strong enough to hear it.

Located on top of a rise. This is a grass and reed-covered subcircular area (int. dims 27.5m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.25m at SE to 0.75m at N) with some bushes and an external fosse represented by a bed of reeds (Wth of base 2m; D 0.1m). There are faint traces of an entrance causeway at SE. It remains undisturbed in a forest planted c. 2010 (Bing 2013).
