Kilmoylerane North holds a thirty-one metre earthen ring on an NE-facing slope, its interior raised against the downhill pull. The bank stands merely 1.3 metres high, yet it encloses a complete circle in front of Kilmoylerane House. People may have lived there before written memory, shaping the earth to keep rain and danger at bay. The fairies never left; they simply stopped answering when asked.
