What is recorded here

Fairy forts are earthen rings where people lived, died and forgot to leave marks behind. In Kilmaganny the ground still holds that shape, a small fort discarded by history but never erased. The fairies are only the excuse humans invent when they refuse to admit how much ordinary life has vanished.
