What is recorded here

Killeenafinnane in County Kerry holds a ringfort where earth still marks the boundary of an old life. People may have built the ridge to keep out rain, thieves or worse, then left it to rot and become a fairy fort. The name suggests they stopped trusting the ground and started believing the ground was watching back.
