Kildeema North is a Clonburris ringfort, a circular earthwork where people lived, worked and left marks behind long before modern records. Its banks still shape the field, and its name carries a fairy story that warns or invites depending on the listener. The fort is not a vague dot on a map; it is a made place, built by human hands and remembered through both fact and legend.
