Fairy fort in Glan, County Cork: a 51-metre earthen ring on a NE-facing pasture slope, with a 2.6-metre bank, shallow outside ditch, and two gaps at NW and E. People may have lived there, marked ownership, excluded cattle, or feasted under open sky; the fairies may have taken the ring back after forgetting to leave it empty. One slab still protrudes inside the east bank like a table leg waiting for someone honest enough to sit down.

In pasture, on NE-facing slope. Circular raised area (diam. 51m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2.6m); with external fosse (D 1m) NE->W. Break in bank to NW and E.
