Fairy fort in Foxhall, County Cork: a circular earthen ring, twenty-one metres across, with a low bank and a steeper inner scarp, possibly entered from the north-east. It stands atop a hillock in pasture, shaped like a rath but named for fairy tradition. Humans may have lived, herded, or hidden there before the story changed the shape of the place.

In pasture, atop hillock. Circular, raised area (21.2m N-S; 21m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.25m) SW->N; scarp (H 2.6m) N->SW. Possible entrance to NE (Wth 9m).
