Fairy fort in Farravaun, County Galway, is a subcircular earthen ringfort on a hilltop pasture, forty metres east-west and thirty-eight north-south, its ancient scarp now hidden beneath a modern field wall. Local tradition speaks of an underground passage within, though no trace remains visible. The fort stands in fair condition, a quiet ring on the horizon where human hands shaped the land and memory filled the gap left by forgotten rooms.

On the summit of a hill in undulating pastureland. Subcircular rath (E-W 40m; N-S 38m), in fair condition, defined by a scarp now overlain by a modern field wall. There is a local tradition of a Man-made underground passage in the interior, no visible trace of which survives.
