Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Dungeel: In pasture, on a low rise, c. 200m W of the Laune River. This rath is not visible at ground level. It is indicated on the 1846 and 1895 OS 6-inch maps as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m). According to local information, it was levelled in the 1970s/80s.
