Cloontobbereth: A rath in the north of Dromore, recorded in the 1840s but never precisely found. The name itself is a trap, blending human memory with fairy mischief. Perhaps it is a buried ring of stones, waiting for a storm to reveal its edge. Perhaps it is only a story the land tells to keep people humble. Either way, the fort exists in the gap between knowing and wondering.

A rath, called 'Cloontobbereth', was recorded in the N part of Dromore townland in the 1840s (OSNB, Molahiffe, no. 1, 14). It has not been precisely located.
