No one knows who built the vanished Derreen Lower ring, but the earth still holds the shape of a choice made before memory.
On slight rise in gently undulating grassland. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (D c. 30m). No visible surface trace survives.
