Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Curraghmore East is a ringfort - rath. The place is in County Kerry, Ireland. The area is called Curraghmore East. The feature is a fairy fort / earthen ringfort. These are common in Ireland. They mark old human life. The field may have held a home, a boundary or a warning. The earth still keeps that shape. People may have lived beside it, feared it or forgotten it. The fort remains because the land remembered the choice made long before written praise.
