Fairy fort in Ballyenahan South is a circular earthen ringfort, thirty-four metres across, on a gentle south-facing slope in County Cork. Its low banks and shallow fosse mark a place where people may have lived, kept animals, or simply drawn a line between inside and outside. The name fairy fort suggests later people believed the shape belonged to another kind of resident, yet the clear circular plan and mapped banks point to human craft.

In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope. Circular area (34m N-S; 34m E-W) enclosed by low, earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.6m), intervening fosse (D 0.2m) and outer earthen bank.
