What is recorded here
Located on a SE-facing slope at the bottom of the steeper SE-facing slope of a NE-SW ridge. The cropmark of an oval enclosure (dims c. 90m NE-SW: c. 70m NW-SE) defined by a single fosse feature is visible only on Google Earth (14/07/2018). The perimeter is absent SE-SW (L c. 50m) possibly because the cropmark of another subrectangular enclosure (dims c. 50m E-W: c. 77m N-S), probably a field, overlies it. The oval enclosure has two entrance gaps (Wth c. 4m) placed c.10 m apart at N. It was first reported by Jean Charles Caillère
