In reclaimed pasture, 220m N of townland boundary Ballinstona North and 290m S of Greenpark House. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Possible site (Site No. 039129) identified as a circular shaped cropmark during examination of aerial photographs (GSIAP, 496) taken 16/04/1974. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Cropmark of circular enclosure visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 16/03/2016. Linear cropmarks visible on Google Earth orthoimages may be the remains of drainage channels. See attached aerial photograph (GSIAP, 496) taken 16/04/1974 and Google Earth orthoimages.
