Situated on the Carran plateau, immediately W of Carran village. A subcircular enclosure (diam. c. 70m), one of 5 prehistoric enclosures on the plateau (Jones et al. 2011, 46, fig.4, Enclosure 5). It is defined by walls similar to another of the five enclosures c. 1.8km to the SE (CL010-015001-) dated to the Late Bronze Age (Gibson 2007, 1-29). A circular hut site (CL010-234----) lies in the centre. A larger enclosure (CL010-235----) is conjoined to the E and another large enclosure (CL010-005002-) lies c. 65m to the SSW.
