In rough hill pasture, at the base of the steep NW-facing slope of Droppa Mountain. A roughly rectangular area (int. dims. 7.8m NE-SW; 5m NW-SE) defined by a collapsed, linear drystone wall (T c. 0.5m; H 0.55m) at SE, by outcropping rock at SW, by a collapsed drystone wall and outcropping rock at NW and by a drystone wall which is built on top of low outcropping rock at NE. The collapsed upper courses of the roughly built wall are scattered along the perimeter. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
