Enclosure in Glantrasna

In rough hill pasture, on a SW-facing slope, to the S of a tributary of the Glantrasna River. A roughly pear-shaped area (int. 11.2m N-S; 6.8m E-W) defined by the lower courses of a roughly built, drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.7m) which is partly grassed over. The lower course, which comprises large boulders, protrudes above the blanket bog. Smaller stones occur on top of the lower course. Rubble from the collapsed upper courses is covered by bog along the perimeter. A field boundary (KE109-036001-) is situated c. 30m to the E of the enclosure.
