In improved pasture immediately S of townland boundary with Rathmore. Ringfort (LI031-025002-) lies 350m to E. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a circular cropmark from examination of aerial photograph (BGE 1:10,000 No. 37) taken 03/11/1984 associated with Bord Gáis Eireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Visible as a circular-shaped cropmark on Digital Globe orthoimage and as a partial cropmark (diam. c. 26m) transected at NW by a post-1700 field boundary running NE-SW on Google Earth orthophoto dated 28/06/2018.
