Enclosure in Dromroe (glanarought By.)

In rough hill pasture, on an E-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Dromoghty River and within a network of relict field boundaries (KE101-092004-). A D-shaped area (7.4m E-W) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H c. 0.4m) with a straight W side (L 9m), formed by a section of the relict field walls. The drystone wall protrudes above the surface of the bog. There is an entrance (Wth 0.7m) at NE. The SE portion of the interior is raised (H 0.3m) and the W side is cut (D 0.5m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope. A hut site (KE101-092002-) abuts this enclosure to the S.
