What is recorded here
The enclosure shown on the 1st and 2nd editions of the OS 6-inch maps is now gone. A slight rise 20m to 30m in diameter probably indicates the location. It was situated at a bend of the river in the flood plain and would seem to have been an earthen enclosure.
