What is recorded here

In rough hill pasture, on the crest of a N-facing slope, overlooking the Baurearagh River valley. An oval area (10.4m NE-SW; 6.6m NW-SE) defined by a partly collapsed, drystone wall (T c. 0.5m; H 0.7m). The lower course stones protrude above the bog. The drystone wall, which is single stone deep at base, narrows towards the top. Collapsed stones are scattered along the perimeter. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
