What is recorded here
In undulating grassland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a small roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m). A single fir tree is depicted in the interior. On the OS 1:2500 plan (surveyed 1912-16) only a hachured line curving from SW to NW is shown. Aerial imagery (Google 2019) indicates that it has been levelled. Possible an enclosure or a landscape feature.
