What is recorded here

At the bottom of the NE-facing slope of a NW-SE ridge within pitfield (RO028-116004-). Rectangular grass-covered area (int. dims 17m E-W; 15.4m N-S) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2-3m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 0.7m) on all sides except the S where it is attached to an E-W relict field bank of field system (RO028-116003-). There is a two-room house-site (RO028-116002-) (N: int. dims 4.5m N-S x 3.8m E-W; S: 5.5m N-S x 3.8m E-W) defined by small earthen banks (Wth c. 1m; H 0.5m) attached to the perimeter of the enclosure at E, which the enclosure probably served as a yard or garden.
