Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Tawnagh, County Roscommon, Ireland. The 1837 Ordnance Survey map marked it as an oval embanked enclosure about 50 metres long and 35 metres wide, with a field bank cutting through its southeast edge. It remains hidden in pasture on the undulating landscape, though it was probably a cashel.

Marked only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as an oval embanked enclosure (ext. dims c. 50m NE-SW; c. 35m NW-SE) slightly truncated by a NE-SW field bank at SE. Situated on an undulating landscape with field walls, it is not visible at ground level in pasture but was probably a cashel. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of revised upload: 28 June 2018
