What is recorded here
Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 40m) incorporated into the townland boundary with Doughloon SE-SW on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a gentle S-facing slope of Mullaghcreigha Hill. It is not visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture, apart from a curve in the drystone wall and hedge boundary SE-SW. The perimeter is visible as a slight feature on a Lidar image (Davis 2015, 172, No. 65:7), completing the circuit SW-W-NE.
