Detached three-bay two-storey house, c. 1800, with shallow breakfront and pedimented timber doorcase; two-storey central bow window to rear façade, retaining timber sash windows and timber panelled entrance door, in enclosed site bounded by rendered wall.
Significant late eighteenth-century house, retaining original proportions and remains of early timber doorcase with round-headed fanlight and important as one of the earliest surviving buildings in this area. Entrance gates retained although now much altered.
