What is recorded here

Castle Street is a narrow knife of rock and shadow where the old city still breathes. Six and eight stand as a terrace and office, their stones worn smooth by centuries of footsteps, cart wheels and hurried clerks. The buildings are not grand, but they are honest: rooms made for living, working and remembering. Edinburgh keeps its age in small places like this, where ordinary walls hold extraordinary time.
