What is recorded here

Castleview House rises in Moredun as a twentieth-century tower block, its concrete frame built to hold ordinary lives above the Edinburgh street. It stands as a recorded local landmark, not a forgotten ruin, and its floors may have echoed with children, arguments, laughter and quiet mornings. The house still belongs to the city, visible and unchanged in purpose, even when empty rooms wait for someone new.
