St Ninian's Episcopal Church and Hall in Edinburgh's Comely Bank area is associated with St Ninian, an early Christian saint traditionally linked to the conversion of the Picts in southern Scotland. While the church itself is a 20th-century structure, the name reflects veneration of St Ninian, whose cult was historically connected to sites such as Whithorn and is celebrated on January 16th.
