Situated on a natural terrace on the WSW facing slope of a prominent hill overlooking Lough Derravaragh 200m to the W. Levelled earthwork (WM007-019----) 85m to SW. No surface remains visible of levelled earthwork. Visible as a circular cropmark on Digital Globe aerial photograph taken November 2011. Depicted as a circular shaped enclosure planted with trees c. 80m E of Lough Derravaragh on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map. Compiled by: Frank Coyne and Caimin O'Brien Date of upload: 11 April 2017
