In reclaimed pasture 180m NW of Gormanstown Castle (LI040-066003-). Enclosure (LI040-066004-) lies 40m to SE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified on Bord Gáis Éireann aerial photographs taken 03/11/1984 (1:5,000 No. 2556) as a possible earthwork. Levelled earthwork is visible as a roughly circular-shaped cropmark (diam. c. 16m) on Digital Globe orthophoto taken between 2011-13. Visible as faint cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage dated 14/09/2019.
