Castle Huntly still holds a terrace and statuary in Perth and Kinross, though no date or owner appears in the surviving facts. The stones may have marked a grand house, a private dream, or a forgotten bargain between human arrogance and garden life. They stand outside ordinary reason, waiting for someone brave enough to imagine what they watched.
