Doune, Castle Road, Castle Farm

No Class (event) (21st Century)

What is recorded here

Castle Road still cuts through Doune like a knife, passing Castle Farm and pointing straight at the castle above. The land remembers wheels, boots and the weight of carts leaving for Stirling. People may have lived there, loved there and vanished without a name. The road keeps their shape even when memory fails.
