Disc barrow, dating to the Early Bronze Age (circa 2000–1500 BCE), and part of a larger cemetery complex. It is significant as a rare and well-preserved example of a disc barrow, a distinctive type of round barrow with a central mound surrounded by a wide ditch and external bank.
